Year 4 Week 6 Summer 1

During the final week of the Summer 1 term, we enjoyed a fantastic Culture Day on Wednesday. We travelled through a variety of countries and collected stamps in our passports worthy of James Bond himself! It was thrilling to learn so much about each country's culture, school system, food, famous landmarks, and distance from the UK.

We cannot wait to go on another adventure like this next year!

In English, we spent the week planning, writing, and finalising our non-chronological reports about the importance of play. All that remains is to publish our hard work on Monday.

In Maths, we assessed our reasoning and arithmetic skills. It was challenging to apply all of our knowledge to solve a range of calculations and multi-step mathematical problems.

Another exciting event this week was our class photo on Thursday. It will be wonderful to look back at these memories in years to come and remember the amazing times we have shared at school.

Our final week of the Summer 1 half term has been full of excitement, and we cannot wait to see what Summer 2 has in store for us. Roll on Monday!
