Oh I do like to be beside the seaside

As part of our Geography unit on the seaside, we enjoyed a wonderful day out at the beach. While we were there, we had a fantastic time paddling our feet, building sandcastles, and eating our yummy lunches. We also explored the human and physical geographical features from the pier, and finished the day with a delicious ice cream. It was a great way to celebrate the year, and all the children behaved brilliantly – even after such a long day!
