How do Sikh followers show the value of equality?
Year 5 had had a very busy R.E. finding out about the values of Sikh followers and how they show these values in their day to day lives.
We began by looking at a range of Sikh stories which are told to share values and ideas. Each table dramatised one to share with the other children in the class.
On Wednesday, we took quotes from the Guru Granth Sahib and drew posters to explain what they mean.
By Thursday, we were considering how Sikh followers behave in the gurdwara to show their value of equality.
On Friday we were able to produce zig-zag books to answer our initial question.
Well done year 5.
