Cooking Jallof rice dish in reception

We made Jallof an African inspired rice dish with Mrs Smith. The children helped to chop peppers and spring onions, had the chance to smell the herbs and seasonings before cooking. The children tasted it in the afternoon and many of them had a second helping! We sent home the recipe in case you want to try and make it at home.
