Celtic trip

We had a fantastic day out on a trip to Celtic Harmony.

The Y3 tribe had a chance to explore the life of the prehistoric people. We time travelled to Stone Age, Bronze Age and finished our adventure in the Iron Age. As people of the past, we made our own clay pots, ground the wheat and made bread - sadly we didn’t have enough time to wait for the bread to bake. As young time travellers, we also had a go at flint knapping (well, it was really a bar of soap but we still had fun). We also had a chance to trade our goods. It’s amazing how we all started with the same value of the goods but some of us ended doubling the amount. Perhaps there are some future entrepreneurs amongst us!
