This week we were thrilled to welcome parent volunteers to Year 6 to talk about how they use History and Geography in their jobs. The sessions were not only engaging but also packed with insights, as parents shared their passions and the importance of these subjects in their roles. The children participated in fun, interactive tasks, examining their local area and suggesting improvements for residents’ lives. It was a fantastic opportunity that hopefully ignited the children's enthusiasm for these vital subjects and their relevance in the real world!
