Bye bye butterflies

We said goodbye to our butterflies after watching them closely for a few weeks, ever since they were tiny caterpillars! We have loved looking after them and learning about their transformation.

We have also been focusing on recognising and suggesting rhyming words, helping us improve our skills before the transition to Reception. We have done lots of rhyming activities, like matching rhyming pictures and playing ‘Silly Soup', where we make a soup full of rhyming words!
